  • TVM Winter Spritz

    TVM WINTER SPRITZ
    Recipe:
    • 50ml Lyre’s Italian Spritz Aperitif
    • Freixenet Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine to top
    • Garnish – 1 strawberry

    Method:
    • Fill a glass with ice.
    • Pour in the Lyre’s Italian Spritz and top with Freixenet Alcohol-Free Sparking Wine.
    • Garnish with a fresh strawberry and enjoy!
  • The Everlasting Christmas Cocktail

    The Everlasting Christmas Cocktail
    Recipe:
    • 35ml Everlead Mountain Spirit
    • 35ml Lyre’s Italian Orange Aperitif
    • 35ml fresh pink grapefruit
    • 2 drops of violet non-alcoholic bitters
    • Friexenet Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine to top
    • Garnish - Blackberries (frozen or fresh) and a sprig of rosemary

    Method:
    • Fill a wine glass with ice.
    • Add 35ml Everleaf Mountain, 35ml Lyre’s Italian Orange, 2 drops of violet non-alcoholic bitters, 35ml pink grapefruit.
    • Top with Freixenet Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine.
    • Garnish with two blackberries and a sprig of rosemary.
  • The American Dream

    The American Dream Cocktail
    Recipe:
    • 40ml Lyre’s American Malt
    • 40ml Three Spirit Nightcap
    • 1 Lixir Blood Orange & Cinnamon Tonic Water
    • Garnish – fresh or dried orange slice

    Method:
    • Fill a rocks glass with ice.
    • Add the Lyre’s American Malt and Three Spirit Nightcap.
    • Then simply top with Lixir Tonic, garnish and enjoy.
  • Pink Preacher

    Pink Preacher
    Ingredients:
    • 40ml Ceder’s Crisp (N/A gin)
    • 40ml Natureo Muscat white wine
    • 40ml chilled herbal tea of choice
    • Handful of frozen raspberries
    • 1/2 tsp caster sugar

    Method:
    • Defrost 5 frozen raspberries
    • Add half teaspoon caster sugar to mixing glass
    • Push raspberries through tea strainer into glass
    • Stir to dissolve sugar
    • Add the chilled herbal tea, Natureo Muscat white wine, Ceder’s Crisp, then add the ice & stir briefly.
    • Strain into a chilled coupe & garnish with a flower petal from your garden (if you’re lucky enough to have one!)

    Bartender tip: Put your glasses into the freezer if you’ve room to frost the glass before serving.
  • Sunshine Spritz

    Sunshine Spritz
    Ingredients:
    • 25ml Seedlip Grove (for a hint of citrus peel notes, ginger and lemongrass)
    • 100ml bottle of Sanbitter Dry aperitif
    • Freixenet 0.0% Sparkling Wine

    Method:
    • Pour 25ml Seedlip Grove over lots of ice
    • Add a full 100ml bottle of Sanbitter Dry aperitif
    • Top it off Freixenet 0.0% Sparkling Wine
    • Garnish with a slice of a fresh grapefruit to serve
  • Hop Stuff

    Hop Stuff
    Ingredients:
    • 25ml Aecorn Bitter aperitif
    • 25ml freshly squeezed orange juice (add sugar or sweetener to taste)
    • 1/2 bottle of King of Kefir Hopped Culture
    • Orange peel for garnish

    Method:
    • Simply stir in the Aecorn bitter and orange juice together in a tall glass of ice
    • Pour it in a glass and top it off with the King of Kefir Hopped Culture
    • Garnish with the orange peel

    Bartender tip: Hold the peel with both hands between your thumb and forefinger and twist over your cocktail to express the orange oils. You can rub the peel on the glass for extra flavour.
  • Banana Beer

    Banana Beer
    Ingredients:
    • 25ml Gin-Esque
    • 20ml Everleaf aperitif
    • 20ml Banana cordial (1 banana, 100g caster sugar, 100ml water)
    • 150ml Ambar gluten-free N/A lager
    • Grated nutmeg

    Method:
    • Pour the Everleaf, Banana Cordial, Ginesque and just 50ml of Brewmaster into a shaker or jar
    • Add a good handful of ice
    • Shake until frothy and strain into your glass of choice
    • Top up with the remaining 100ml of lager
    • Grate fresh nutmeg for an aromatic finish
